Beware of frauds
If you’ve received a fraudulent email, also known as a phishing email, it’s important not to panic. Here are some steps you can take
- Don’t Click Any Links or Open Any Attachments: Phishing emails often contain malicious links or attachments. Don’t click on any links or open any attachments in the email
- Check with us if the email appears to be from Lodeshipping. Do not reply to the email, instead, contact us via info@lodeshipping.com
- Report the Email: Forward suspicious emails to info@lodeshipping.com.
- Mark the Sender as Junk or Spam: This will help your email provider filter out similar emails in the future
- Delete the Email: Once you’ve reported the email, delete it from your inbox.
- Change Your Passwords: If you accidentally clicked on a link or provided personal information, change your user ID immediately
